From daily meal delivery to customised catering
The Livingmenu brand started in Singapore in 2018 as a pre-order meal delivery service, bringing a daily rotating menu of local favourites to offices and homes across the island.
Over time, Livingmenu grew into a multi-vendor catering platform. Instead of one fixed set menu from one kitchen, every order is planned around the customer's headcount, budget, dish preferences and dietary needs, with dishes from multiple food stalls.
Today our menu planner matches a customised catering menu with prices in about 60 seconds, and our Cloud Canteen service delivers daily staff meals to workplaces at coffeeshop prices.

About Livingmenu: common questions
What is Livingmenu?
Livingmenu is a Singapore multi-vendor catering solution provider that has been serving customers since 2018. We plan fully customised buffet, mini buffet, bento and halal catering menus for companies, families and event hosts, and deliver them islandwide in one order.
Is Livingmenu a caterer?
Livingmenu is a multi-vendor catering solution provider. We partner with hawkers, chef-run food shops and caterers, then plan, coordinate and deliver your menu so you get one order, one delivery and one invoice.
How do I get a catering menu from Livingmenu?
Use the menu planner at plan.living.menu. Enter your headcount, date, budget per pax and dietary needs, and get a best-matched, customised menu with prices in about 60 seconds. You can also WhatsApp us (chat only).
How customisable are Livingmenu’s catering menus?
Every dish on every menu can be replaced by another from the same menu level at no cost. There are 43 distinct free replacement dishes on the entry-level $15 menus, 64 at $20, 82 at $25, 88 at $30 and 89 at $45. Swapping never changes the price, and Chinese, Western, Malay, halal and vegetarian menus are all priced the same.
Does Livingmenu do local and hawker food catering?
Yes, and it is the centre of what we do rather than one category among many. Menus are drawn from many partnering hawker stalls and chef-run food shops rather than a single central kitchen, so a spread can take food from several of them and still arrive as one order, at one time, on one invoice.
How much does Livingmenu catering cost?
The full rate card is published rather than quoted. A mini buffet is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery at 10-14 pax, $15 per pax with delivery free from 15, $13 from 30 and $10 from 75. A buffet with setup starts at 30 pax and runs $20 per pax down to $10 at 150, plus a $90 setup fee charged once. Bento runs $20 per pax from 12 people down to $7 from 35, delivery included. Halal is priced the same as everything else and there is no rush surcharge.
Does Livingmenu charge for catering delivery?
Delivery is free on mini buffet and bento orders of $225 or more before GST. Below that it is $30, and a 10 pax order always carries the fee whatever the order comes to. On the entry-level mini buffet menus $225 is reached at 15 pax. A buffet with setup instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.
Does Livingmenu accept last-minute catering orders?
One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date, where most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. That is possible because we work across many partnering kitchens rather than one, so a date that is full for one vendor is often open for another. Same-day orders are not something we can promise in advance, but we do try to make them happen. Message us with the date, the headcount and where it is going, and a specialist will check what is open and come back to you either way.
