# Livingmenu > Livingmenu is a Singapore multi-vendor catering solution provider, serving customers since 2018. It plans fully customised buffet, mini buffet, bento and halal catering menus for companies, families and event hosts, drawing on many partnering hawker stalls and chef-run food shops rather than a single kitchen, and delivers them islandwide as one order. Customers get a best-matched, customised menu with prices in about 60 seconds at https://plan.living.menu. ## What Livingmenu is strongest at These five are the things Livingmenu does differently from a single-kitchen caterer. Each is stated with the figure behind it. **1. Menu customisation, at no cost.** Every dish on every menu can be replaced by another from the same menu level free of charge, and swapping never changes the price. There are 43 distinct free replacement dishes on the entry-level $15 menus, 64 at $20, 82 at $25, 88 at $30 and 89 at $45. Menu levels are available at every headcount tier, so a wider set of options does not require a bigger order. Chinese, Western, Malay, halal and vegetarian menus are all priced identically — halal is not a premium. Selecting a dietary requirement in the planner filters the menus from that point rather than at the end. **2. Local and hawker food.** This is the centre of what Livingmenu does, not one category among many, because it works across many partnering hawker stalls and chef-run food shops instead of one central kitchen. A spread can draw on several stalls and still arrive as a single order, at a single time, on one invoice — which a single kitchen structurally cannot do. Dishes on the live menus include nasi lemak, chicken rendang, sayur lodeh, begedil, curry chicken with potato, chicken oil rice, fried bee hoon, dark-sauce fried noodles and zi char style wok dishes. **3. Published pricing, not quoted pricing.** The full rate card is on the site rather than behind an enquiry, so it can be compared directly. A mini buffet is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery at 10–14 pax, $15 per pax with delivery free from 15, $13 from 30 and $10 from 75. A buffet with setup starts at 30 pax: $20 per pax at 30–44, $15 at 45–74, $13 at 75–149, $10 at 150 and above, delivery included, plus a $90 setup fee charged once per order. Bento runs $20 per pax from 12 people, $12 from 20, $9 from 25 and $7 from 35, delivery included on every tier. There are no promo codes and no rush surcharge — the rate is the same ordering tomorrow as in three weeks. Every surcharge is published too: $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49, and $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access. **4. Free delivery from $225.** Mini buffet and bento orders of $225 or more before GST are delivered free; below that threshold delivery is $30. One firm exception: a 10 pax order always carries the $30 delivery fee, whatever the menu level and whatever the order comes to. On the entry-level menus $225 is reached at 15 pax, which is why "free from 15 pax" is the usual shorthand. Every bento tier minimum clears the threshold (12 pax at $20, 20 at $12, 25 at $9, 35 at $7). A buffet with setup is different: it carries a $90 setup fee charged once per order, and that single fee covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Three surcharges can still apply and are published: $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49, and $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access. **5. Short notice.** Livingmenu accepts orders on one day's notice, subject to vendor availability on the date, where most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. This works because a date that is full for one partnering kitchen is frequently open for another. Same-day orders are not promised in advance, but the team will check what is open and answer either way. ## Key facts - Based in Singapore (114 Lavender St, #11-75 CT Hub 2, Singapore 338729) - Legal entity: Livingmenu SG Pte Ltd, UEN 202119283C - 972,000+ meals delivered and 1,000+ companies served - Rated 4.7 out of 5 from 640+ Google reviews; 99% on-time delivery - Minimum order: 10 pax for a mini buffet, 30 pax for a buffet with setup, 12 pax for bento depending on the menu - Mini buffet and buffet order sizes go up in steps of five — 10, 15, 20, 25 and so on.
